It is an innovative, powerful and experiential learning coaching approach in which the coach will use the natural properties and behavior of the horses in it’s coaching practice in a very meaningful and valuable way. The horse is an unsurpassable facilitator that will bring people to insights and allow them to safely experiment with these insights. Coaching with horses is a method that can produce more powerful and sustainable results, and in less time, than any other existing classical coaching approaches. The scientific arguments that support the fact why horses can have this unique role in the coaching process can be read in ‘Why horses?’.
